The KANG Rotary Swaging BF-3/8″ is a compact, manual bead roller designed for creating precise hose beads on thin-wall tubing, ideal for automotive, HVAC, and plumbing applications in Australia. It’s a vice-mounted tool built for small workshops or mobile mechanics needing reliable, lightweight beading solutions.
The bead former is engineered for 9.5mm OD tubing with a maximum wall thickness of 0.9mm, making it perfect for fuel lines, radiator hoses, intake piping, and copper tubing used in plumbing or refrigeration. It produces round bead profiles to secure hoses effectively.
Constructed with a solid aluminium housing, it features hardened, precision-machined internal gears and replaceable bronze bushings for durability and long-term accuracy. The manual crank handle is removable, allowing adaptation to a 1/4″ square socket for faster operation with a power tool. The unit can be bench-mounted or vice-mounted using included blocks, offering flexible setup options.
