KANG Industrial AC-100H Welding Clamp
The KANG AC-100H 3-Axis Fixture Vice is a premium, heavy-duty welding fixture designed for precise 3-axis (X-Y-Z) workpiece alignment in complex welding, tacking, fabrication, and assembly tasks. Unlike standard 2-axis clamps, this tool clamps from three directions simultaneously, holding square/rectangular tubing, angle iron, box section, or multi-plane assemblies securely in position before welding and during cool-down to minimise heat-induced distortion and contraction warping. A handy “Swing Away” Arm, stand-off design for superior weld access on all sides, and machined faces for versatility.
3-Axis Clamping Power. Secures complex multi-plane joints (e.g., corner braces, frames with legs/supports, 3D structures) in one setup, eliminating multiple clamps or readjustments, reducing misalignment, gaps, and rework for stronger, more accurate welds in projects like tables, counters, gates, trailers, furniture, or structural supports.
Distortion Control During Cool-Down. Holds parts firmly as they cool, countering contraction warping common in heavy steel/mild steel welding, critical for precision fab.
Superior Weld Access & Efficiency. Stand-off design + swing-away arm provides unobstructed torch/electrode entry around all joint sides, ideal for repetitive or time-sensitive workshop/site work.
