Kang Industrial Bead Roller Drive System
The KANG Bead Roller Drive System is an electric motor upgrade kit that transforms compatible manual hand-crank bead rollers into powered units for easier, one-person operation. It features a 125W (1.65 Amp) 240V reversible motor with 75:1 gear reduction, delivering variable speeds from 0–20 RPM via a foot pedal and speed controller. The system mounts inline (not vertically) to the crankshaft, includes a mounting bracket and hardware, and allows seamless switching back to manual cranking. It’s designed for forming beads, flanges, and channels in up to 1.2 mm mild steel without fatigue from hand operation.
