The TSK-5 Tilting Rotary Table is a high-precision machining tool designed for versatile positioning in workshop operations, allowing seamless tilting from horizontal to vertical orientations. It features a hardened and ground worm gear with a 72:1 ratio, ensuring smooth and accurate rotations where one turn of the handle advances the table by 5 degrees. The table is fully graduated 360 degrees, with a micro collar calibrated in 2-minute increments for fine adjustments. Its tilting mechanism supports a 0-90 degree range, making it ideal for angular machining tasks.
Dual-Axis Versatility Workpiece Holding Table. Unlike standard horizontal/vertical tables, the “Universal Tilting” feature eliminates the need for separate angle plates. You can transition from a flat milling job to a 45-degree angle boring task in seconds.
