Rotary Table HV-4
The HV-4 Horizontal & Vertical Rotary Table (110mm) is a precision work-positioning tool for small-scale milling and drilling. The HV-4 is a dual-purpose table designed to operate both horizontally (flat on the mill bed) and vertically (upright for side machining). Its 110mm (4″) diameter makes it exceptionally compact, making it the most popular choice for “mini-mills” and hobbyist workshops.
Perfect Fit for “Mini-Mills” Workholding. The HV-4’s low profile (85mm height) is essential because it leaves more “Z-axis” room for the spindle and cutting tools.
Versatile Horizontal/Vertical Use. Quick orientation changes expand its utility for a wide range of tasks, from flat milling to angled drilling, suiting diverse applications in automotive, model making, or custom fabrication.
High Precision Milling Accessory. The hardened worm, ground surfaces, 72:1 ratio, and fine 1-minute micro collar (with 10-second vernier capability) deliver smooth, accurate rotations for detailed work like gear cutting or bolt circles, reducing errors in precision projects common in engineering and hobby communities
