Description
KANG Industrial Vertical Band Saw VS-1611
The Metal Cutting Vertical Bandsaw VS-1611, is a robust, variable-speed vertical bandsaw for industrial metalworking. It’s designed for precision contour, shape, and straight cuts in ferrous/non-ferrous materials like steel, aluminum, and profiles. As a vertical model, it prioritizes manual or jig-guided operations on flat or irregular stock
Robust Industrial Frame Vertical Saws. Heavy-duty construction with precision bearings for vibration-free, continuous heavy-duty operation on tough materials.
Variable Speed Control Bandsaw. Infinitely adjustable from 15-260 MPM via a dial—perfect for optimizing cuts on metals (e.g., low speeds for stainless steel, high speeds for aluminum).
Large Work Area. 400 throat depth (resaw height up to 285mm) and tilting table (45° right / 15° left) support oversized or angled workpieces
Enhanced Visibility and Efficiency. Adjustable work light; air-assisted swarf (chip) removal to keep the work area clear.
Integrated Blade Maintenance. Built-in all-in-one station with blade shear, butt welder (3–16 mm capacity with annealing), and grinder—allows on-site blade fabrication/repair to cut costs and downtime.
