The Metal Cutting Vertical Bandsaw VS-2012, is a robust, variable-speed vertical bandsaw for industrial metalworking. It’s designed for precision contour, shape, and straight cuts in ferrous/non-ferrous materials like steel, aluminum, and profiles. As a vertical model, it prioritizes manual or jig-guided operations on flat or irregular stock. Large Work Area Band Saw. 500mm throat depth (resaw height up to 310mm) and tilting table (45° right / 15° left) support oversized or angled workpieces
Enhanced Visibility and Efficiency. Adjustable work light; air-assisted swarf (chip) removal to keep the work area clear.
Integrated Blade Maintenance. Built-in all-in-one station with blade shear, butt welder (3–16 mm capacity with annealing), and grinder—allows on-site blade fabrication/repair to cut costs and downtime.
